At Funny Farm NW, we want you to love your natural goat milk products! We understand that sometimes things don't work out exactly as planned, and we're here to help make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. Simply email us at hollie@funnyfarmnw.com to start the process—we're here to help!

Return Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process, your items should be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

Here's how we'll take care of your return:

  1. Drop us a note at hollie@funnyfarmnw.com to get started
  2. We'll send you a return shipping label and simple instructions
  3. Pack your items carefully following our guidelines

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If something's not quite right with your order:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  2. Email us right away at hollie@funnyfarmnw.com
  3. Include your order number and photos
  4. We'll work quickly to make it right!

Non-Returnable Items

For your safety and satisfaction, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (such as used beauty products, soaps, or bath bombs)
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Want something different? The quickest path to happiness is to:

  1. Return your original item (following our return process)
  2. Once approved, place a new order for your preferred item This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible!

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect your items right away
  • You'll get a confirmation email about your refund status
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method
  • Most refunds appear within 10 business days
  • Bank processing may add a few extra days

Haven't seen your refund after 15 business days? Just let us know and we'll track it down!

European Union Customers

If you're in the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason. All other return requirements (condition, packaging, etc.) remain the same.
