Welcome to the FunnyFarmNW Shipping Guide!
We're excited to get our farm-fresh goat milk goodies to your doorstep. Here's everything you need to know about how we'll get your products from our farm to your home.
Order Processing
Here's what happens after you place your order:
- We carefully prepare your items within 2 business days
- You'll receive an email when your order is confirmed
- You'll get another email with tracking information once your package ships
- Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific Time count toward the next business day
Shipping Services
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States via USPS with these options:
- First Class Mail: 3-5 business days (for lighter packages)
- Priority Mail: 2-3 business days (our most popular option)
- Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days (when you need it quick!)
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Shipping distance
- Service level selected
- Special handling requirements
Package Protection
We take extra care with your products:
- All packages include tracking
- Insurance is included on orders over $50
- We use special packaging for temperature-sensitive items
- Fragile items get extra padding (we treat them like eggs in the nest!)
Local Pickup
Skip the shipping and visit our farm!
- Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout
- We'll email you when your order is ready
- Pickup available by appointment at:

- No shipping charges for local pickup
Shipping Restrictions
- Currently shipping within the United States only
- Some items may have seasonal shipping restrictions due to temperature sensitivity
- P.O. boxes are accepted for most items
Delivery Times
While we work hard to get your orders out promptly, delivery times can vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Holiday shipping volume
- USPS delivery schedules
- Local delivery conditions
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (November-December):
- Order processing may take an extra day
- We recommend ordering early for holiday delivery
- Cut-off dates for holiday delivery will be posted on our website
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking numbers are provided via email
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation
- Contact us if you need help locating your package
